Mirus secures Elvaston as a strategic partner

Mirus Software AG, a leading provider of HR software for the Swiss hotel, gastronomy, and tourism industry, has secured Elvaston as a strategic partner to implement its planned buy-and-build strategy.

Founded in 1993, the company offers a modular, cloud-based product suite that includes payroll processing, employee management, workforce planning, biometric time tracking, financial accounting, and electronic archiving. These solutions enable seamless and digital management of all key business processes. Mirus' HR solutions are used by more than 1,300 customers and play a significant role in streamlining administrative workflows efficiently.

Through its strategic partnership with Elvaston Capital, the company aims to further strengthen its market position in the HR sector and realize its vision of becoming a leading HR software provider in the DACH region through enhanced M&A activities and innovative product developments.
