As a Manager in the Finance team, Nick Claassen supports new acquisitions and portfolio companies across financing and risk-related topics.

Prior to joining Elvaston, Nick held various roles at Deutsche Bank, most recently as a Structurer in Leveraged Finance. In this position, he worked on a range of financing structures for private equity–backed mid-sized companies and was responsible for the full transaction process. During his studies, he gained early professional experience in export finance at Deutsche Bank as well as in central functions at Deutsche Börse Group.

Nick holds an MSc in Finance and Management from Cranfield School of Management and a BBA in International Business and Management from the International Business School Groningen.
