As External Advisor in the investment team, Milos Prochazka contributes to Elvaston’s investment activities and strategic development of its software portfolio.

Before joining Elvaston, he worked at Awenum, the M&A advisory firm he co-founded, advising founders, strategic investors and private equity funds on acquisitions and company sales. His experience spans transaction structuring, financing, execution and integration.

Milos holds M.A. in Economics from Keio University in Tokyo and Law from Charles University in Prague.
