As a Senior Analyst, Maximilian Westerwelle supports the portfolio companies in strategy development and value creation.

Before joining Elvaston, Maximilian worked as a Senior Consultant at EY-Parthenon, where he advised private equity investors on due diligence, growth strategy and the operational value creation of their portfolio companies across the technology, industrial and consumer sectors. During his studies, he gained extensive experience in technology and software, from early-stage companies at Verve Ventures to high-growth, late-stage companies at Eurazeo. He also worked in private equity at two buy-and-build focused funds, among them Ufenau Capital Partners.

Maximilian holds a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
