As a Senior Analyst in the Investment Team, Justin Dauti supports the entire investment cycle, from researching and executing acquisitions to portfolio management and exits.

Prior to joining Elvaston, he worked in the Private Equity investment team at Hannover Finanz. Justin gained extensive practical experience during his studies, including roles in Private Equity at Oakley Capital and Haniel, in Investment Banking at GP Bullhound and IEG, as well as in Management Consulting at Roland Berger.

Justin holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialisation in Finance from ESCP Business School, Universidad Carlos III, and City University of London. He previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
