Senior Associate
German Sklyarsky joined Elvaston in 2023. As a Senior Associate, he supports the portfolio companies in strategy development and value creation.
Prior to joining Elvaston, he worked in the investment team at Aviv Group, where he made new investments in digital companies and operationally managed the existing portfolio of investments. Prior to that, German worked as a consultant at the strategy consulting firm OC&C and advised numerous international corporations on their growth strategies as well as private equity clients on acquisitions and sales of portfolio companies. During his studies, German gained initial professional experience in private equity at Triton and ProSiebenSat.1, in management consulting at Roland Berger and in investment banking at IKB.
German holds an MSc in Management from HEC Paris and an MA in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
