proLogistik Group acquires French SCM provider DSIA: A big step towards internationalisation for the logistics group

proLogistik Group acquired the leading French supply chain provider DSIA in October 2023. DSIA is known for its SaaS logistics software "Logistar Suite" in the field of warehouse management, transport and order management and serves industrial companies and retailers, particularly in the food, cosmetics and high-tech sectors.

The acquisition marks a significant step for the proLogistik Group towards internationalisation, which is now also represented in France with locations in the DACH region, USA, Canada, Mexico and serves more than 2,000 customers. The acquisition of DSIA will expand the product portfolio and reach and enable the development of further innovative products that meet the high demands of the supply chain industry.
