Since the end of 2022, proLogistik GmbH and active logistics GmbH have jointly formed the proLogistik group. The aim is for both companies to grow together, strengthen their market positions and develop joint synergies. Two leading providers of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS) are pooling their experience and know-how. The proLogistik Group is thus expanding its portfolio to include seamless digitalisation solutions for the entire supply chain. Through the merger, the team grows to more than 500 employees and offers industry, trade and logistics service providers a one-stop shop for customised, efficient supply chain solutions.
