In December 2024, Textile Solutions Group (TSG), a portfolio company of Elvaston, acquired Limonta Informatica. Limonta Informatica is a leading provider of ERP software for small and medium-sized enterprises in Italy. Based in Lecco, near Milan, the company has 26 employees. Limonta Informatica 's core product is the ERP suite "Lisa", which supports customers in managing and optimizing production processes throughout the entire textile value chain. The offering is complemented by additional modules for warehouse management, quality control, and product information management.
With the acquisition of Limonta Informatica, TSG expands and strengthens its customer base and market share in Italy.
