Patrick Katenkamp joined Elvaston in 2018 as Portfolio Executive and managed several investments before joining Elvaston team as Partner in 2021. As Value Creation Partner, he supports portfolio companies in strategy development and value creation.
He has 26 years of experience in software and management. Prior to joining Elvaston, he was CEO of MSX International for three years. Prior to that, he was president of COX/Dealertrack, a leading provider of technology solutions to the automotive industry, and CEO of Incadea Group, which he successfully led to IPO after five years of international expansion through organic growth and targeted strategic acquisitions. He began his career in 1995 at Electronic Data Systems and then worked as a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton.
Patrick Katenkamp holds an MBA from the Nimbas Graduate School of Management in Bradford (UK) as well as an MSc in Information Technologies from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Germany) and a BSc in Computer Science from Trinity College (Ireland).
