Carlotta Köhler started working at Elvaston in 2022. As a Senior Associate, she supports partners throughout the investment cycle, from sourcing and execution of an acquisition to portfolio management and exit.

Before joining Elvaston, she worked as an analyst in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, where she supported M&A and capital market transactions. She also completed internships in strategy consulting at Roland Berger, innovation management at Kaiser X Labs and business development at Allianz during her studies.

Carlotta Köhler holds a CEMS MSc in International Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and the National University of Singapore, and a BSc in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University.
